Products ordered by our customers online can be returned for a full exchange or refund including the cost of shipping if at least one of the following conditions exists:
If a product must be returned for the reasons stated above the customer has 48 hours from receiving the product to contact Indoor Air Professionals, Inc. / Kanberra Group for an RMA number and a return shipping label. Return labels and RMA numbers will be sent electronically to the e-mail address on file. An exchange or refund will be processed after Indoor Air Professionals, Inc. / Kanberra Group receives the returned product.
All returns must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving the product and must also have an authorized RMA number. Products that do not have an RMA number will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged product returns. The condition of the returned items is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is being returned for a reason other than those stated above, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to Indoor Air Professionals Inc. / Kanberra Group.
