Product Fulfillment Technician | Buffalo, NY
The Kanberra Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Fulfillment Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for manufacturing and packaging a variety of tea tree oil-based products using specialized equipment, including laser-cutting machines, filling, labeling, and sealing systems. The Product Fulfillment Technician will ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production while maintaining cleanliness, minimizing waste, and meeting daily quotas. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Operate various production equipment including laser cutters, fillers, labelers, and sealers to produce tea tree oil-based products according to specifications.
- Box, seal, and prepare products for shipment with attention to accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Set up and change over equipment between product runs.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
- Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards and make adjustments to maintain quality and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure equipment is cleaned regularly and workplace safety protocols are followed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production goals and timelines.
- Assist with shipping and receiving using various shipping software platforms. Provide backup support to other departments as needed.
Expected hours: 40 per week
